Brandon Parker

Brandon, owner of 1 Fitness, has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry in South Florida, Brandon uses constantly varied workouts, diverse training methods, and inspirational motivation. He keeps his clients focused, excited, and determined to reach their health and fitness goals. Brandon has certifications with NSCA, TPI, ACE, AFSA and various other national organizations as well as a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology.  Brandon has the knowledge, drive, and passion to help you make the necessary changes to achieve success on your fitness journey.

Erin Murphy

Erin is an energetic trainer who has over 5 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. With a B.S. in Kinesiology from The University of Alabama and a Masters in Nutrition from Logan University, she takes a holistic approach to educating and supporting her clients. Erin started her career as a strength and conditioning coach for professional athletes where she built a strong foundation for her training style and ability to motivate and encourage. As a competitive gymnast and cheerleader growing up, Erin took an interest in health and wellness when she realized training for her sport and eating well helped her perform better. She doesn’t believe in restrictions, diets or excessive training and helps clients to find a healthy balance for the life they want to lead. Erin holds certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).

Taylor Snook

With more than 7 years of experience in the fitness industry. Passionate and detail-oriented, Taylor takes the time to listen to and address the needs and goals of his clients. Taylor’s passion for fitness began early in life while playing multiple sports. After a knee injury that hindered his ability to continue specific sports in high school, he turned to fitness to rehab his injury and fulfill his desire to stay competitive and challenged in all aspects of life. After high school, he obtained his Bachelor of Sciences in Health Sciences at Furman University and his Masters in Exercise Physiology (Strength & Conditioning and Facility Management) at the University of Miami. He also holds certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer (NCSF), Certified Strength Coach (NCSF), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA), Titleist Performance Institute Fitness Level 1 & 2.

Jessica Wantman

Jessica is a Florida native who was raised in a very active household. Her childhood was centered around sports and living an active lifestyle. Starting with gymnastics at age 3, then competitive cheerleading from 6th grade to senior year of high school. During college, Jessica became super invested in her health and wellness while studying Kinesiology. She learned how to develop and tailor fitness plans to fit an individual's needs. She also spent her years in college as a group exercise instructor for Mercedes-Benz within their Corporate Wellness program. She gravitated towards small group exercise classes because she enjoys the ability to create personalized classes that promote community and allow individuals to challenge themselves with encouragement from others. Jess graduated from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and a Certified Group Fitness Instructor by the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).

Nick Hasson

Nick has been in the Professional Fitness industry for the past 16 years. Receiving his Personal Training Certificate through the National Academy of Sports Medicine he started his career in various Country Clubs throughout West Palm Beach, Fl. During this time Nick has received three specialty certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine which include Corrective Exercise Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist, and Golf performance Specialist.

Andrew Lavender

Andrew has been in the industry for 10 years and counting. He is very passionate about helping clients to live healthier and more fulfilling lives. Fitness has always been an important part of Andrew's life. He enjoys body building and has a background in gymnastics and partner acrobatics. He transitioned to the fitness industry after a severe spinal injury. His recovery process and experience in the gym has allowed him to work with clients who have a wide range of goals, health issues, disabilities, and injuries. Andrew holds certifications with AAAI/ISMA as a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Sports Nutritionist. He has a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification from Kula Yoga Shala, and is experienced with facilitated stretch.

Chelsea Gruber

Chelsea Gruber graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor's in Sports and Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology. The Jupiter, Fla. native not only earned her degree at UCF, but it's also where she gained first-hand fitness instruction, management, and personal training experience as a five-year employee of the Recreation and Wellness Center on campus. Chelsea's love of movement goes back to her adolescence and her feeling from a young age that exercise and wellness is a controllable element in an unpredictable world. Chelsea utilizes functional training and leads her clients through specialized training programs designed for results. She is keen on form and coaching how to engage your body properly for a safe and effective training session. Chelsea believes that a strong body starts with a positive mindset.

Joe Da Ponte

Joe’s experience in the fitness industry spans almost three decades. His interest in strength training began at the age of 16 while conditioning for baseball and football in high school. His career as a personal trainer began over 25 years ago when he received a certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Joe’s expertise includes: traditional bodybuilding, power and strength training, stability ball and functional training with band and cable equipment. Joe also incorporates circuit training, plyometrics, medicine ball series, stretching and basic nutritional advice into general fitness training, performance and sports conditioning. As a trainer and an individual, Joe is focused on devotion to fitness, drive toward optimal health and professionalism. He expects precision, perfect posture and old-fashioned hard work from all clients. His certifications include: Certified Personal Trainer (ACE), CPR/AED and Swiss Ball Training (C.H.E.K Institute/Paul Chek).
