One of the most overlooked aspects of personal fitness is the the recovery process. We firmly believe in dedicating time to focus on mobility and recovery. Clients receive assisted table stretching, foam rolling, and Theragun treatment at the conclusion of each session. This is implemented to help our clients reduce muscle soreness and shorten recovery time. We offer and encourage our clients to schedule 30 min recovery sessions between training sessions to maximize the benefits of their training. These sessions also help our clients to feel fresh and energized on their off days. Flexibility and mobility is essential to injury prevention which is our number 1 priority. By preventing injuries and keeping our clients healthy, we assist them in reaching their health and fitness goals in the most efficient manner.
